- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆While on vacation I visited this branch to take out cash. The staff told me that I did not have access to the account because my father had set it up but he does not have access to the account either and therefore they could not release any money to me. I have had full and sole access to this account for three years and when I asked for more information, the woman I was working with proceeded to answer the phone! The other tellers just looked at me!
