- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I met Brett and a few agents and overall they were friendly, courteous, and helpful. However, we had a nightmare of an experience with Lisa, one of their agents. Long story short, a communication disconnect lead to one of our vehicles being uninsured for 2 months and we didn't even know it! For many years of paying bills we have never once been late or delinquent on a payment, nor would we knowingly choose NOT to pay insurance on our vehicle. When we called and explained the situation we were treated very poorly and left my wife in tears. When we asked why they didn't even try to call to let us know we were uninsured she responded "We have over 3500 customers, we don't have time to baby-sit our customers." Never even attempting to apologize or take responsibility for anything. Recently switched to Geico where we are receiving equivalent coverage for 75% of the cost.
